We had the final round of the cooking competition, “The Next Top Chef 2023” last December at Brunswick Campus.
Our students were so excited being a part of this Competition and they gave their best to win it.
Special thanks to Chef Ganesh Chalavadi (Kitchen Operations Manager) and Chef Madeleine Bolger together with the three judges:
- Arthur Vallelonga (Head of Hospitality)
- Executive Chef David Cassar (Hotel Grand Chancellor)
- Chef Nuwan Madushka (International Award-Winning Chef)
It was indeed a very tough decision for the judges to decide who among the participants would win the scholarships.
